On this episode we are joined by Deborah Kellsey Millar. Deborah has thirty years' experience working in further and higher education. Passionate about using technology for educational excellence, she is the Group Executive Director for Digital Learning Technologies at the Ofsted 'Outstanding' and multi-award winning Grimsby Institute. 

She is responsible for driving transformational change that provides an inclusive and outstanding experience. Her mantra is 'let's enable our learners to be 'future-ready' ' not just today, next month, next year' ready. She is the founder of  DigiPals, MIE Expert & Trainer, was recognised in the EdTech50 and is a CanvasLMS Canvassador. 

She is the author of The Learning Wheel book which addresses emerging conversations about the use of technologies to support and indeed replace traditional teaching methodologies in a range of educational settings. which we will get into today. She tweets @DebKellsey
