He is the author of Liquid Thinking, Liquid Leadership, How to Change Absolutely Anything, How to Think Like Sir Alex Ferguson, The Five STEPS to a Winning Mindset and the latest book,  The Barcelona Way,  in addition to the three acclaimed sports biographies of Sugar Ray Robinson, Thomas Hearns and Marvin Hagler. Damian was appointed as a Professor of Organisational Psychology and Change for Manchester Metropolitan University in September 2010 and runs a Manchester inner-city youth club, where kids find a sanctuary to help keep them away from crime, and guide them towards finding a purpose in life.
